GOETTA is a hallmark cuisine of the Greater Cincinnati, OH tristate area and was first introduced during the 19th century by German immigrants. This unique delicious dish resembles a type of sausage and is composed of ground pork combined with pin-head oats, bay leaves, rosemary, black pepper, cloves, thyme, ginger, mace, coriander, onion, and garlic.
