  • Beyond corporate leadership, Eric Mahoney has hands-on experience in restaurant operations. Having worked in the hospitality industry as a server, assistant manager, and market manager, Eric Mahoney understands the intricacies of customer service, inventory management, food safety, and day-to-day business operations. These experiences, combined with an analytical, data-driven mindset, allow Eric Mahoney to optimize costs, streamline operations, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience at NOOPs.
